*All puppies are sold as pet quality only. We make no guarantees of being able to show, breed, weight, color, or height as adults.  *This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.  *Congenital or Hereditary defects: We give a 1 year guarantee from time of birth against life threatening defects limited to: heart, lungs & liver. If there is found to be one of these type of defects the puppy and registration papers would have to be returned before a replacement puppy is given.  *The 1 year Health Guarantee does not include minor illnesses, hernias, hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, girardia, fleas, ear mites, worms, retained baby teeth, off bites, undecended testicles. No guarantee is given for hypoglycemia (Low blood sugar) this condition is not hereditary and is very preventable. *The puppy is guaranteed for one week from the delivery date against any viral illness.  *The delivery date as defined in this document is the date in which the purchaser takes physical possession of the puppy. (date contract signed or date of shipment if shipped)  *The purchaser is required to take their puppy to a licensed Veterinarian for a check up within three business days of the delivery date. If the Veterinarian should find a debilitating congenital defect the puppy may be exchanged for a healthy puppy of the same quality providing the dog and its registration papers are returned within 5 days of the delivery date. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser of the puppy.  *If the puppy is not taken to a licensed Veterinarian within three business days, then the health guarantee on the puppy is void.  *The seller is not responsible for any Veterinarian bills incurred.  *If the puppy should die from a congenital defect within 12 months of its birth date, an necropsy must be performed at the purchaser's expense by a Veterinarian acceptable to the seller's own Veterinarian. If the necropsy shows a congenital defect as the reason for death the seller will provide another puppy of equal value to the purchaser.  *At no time will money be refunded a replacement  puppy will be given if necessary.   *Absence of a microchip or breeding the animal voids health guarantee. No exception under any circumstance. *The sale and signing of this contract has taken place in Campbell County Tennessee. Any and all legal disputes are to be settled in Campbell County Tennessee, this is agreed upon by both parties upon signing. Acceptance of puppy constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
